As the CEO of L-12 Services, Lizabeth provides senior-level executive support, program and project management, and administrative systems development services to a range of executives looking for a forward-thinking, fiercely loyal organizational advisor to help them organize, manage and execute. 


With a degree in business administration and a master certificate in LEAN Six Sigma, Lizabeth has over 20 years of experience as an administrator and policy and programming consultant. Her work has contributed to successful project outcomes in federal health policy, international program development, and non-profit grassroots management.  She’s also a keen advocate for mental health as well as women’s issues, has spoken at Congressional briefings, and written for several publications.   


More than an organizational powerhouse, Lizabeth is a strategic advisor. She helps leaders identify areas where they can increase efficiencies and calls on her vast range of experience to pass along insights in areas such as change and transition management, administrative systems analysis, program implementation, and project management.
