As the CEO of L-12 Services, Lizabeth provides senior-level executive support, program and project management, and administrative systems development services to a range of executives looking for a forward-thinking, fiercely loyal organizational advisor to help them organize, manage and execute. 

With a degree in business administration and a master certificate in LEAN Six Sigma, Lizabeth has over 20 years of experience as an administrator and policy and programming consultant. Her work has contributed to successful project outcomes in federal health policy, international program development, and non-profit grassroots management.  She’s also a keen advocate for mental health as well as women’s issues, has spoken at Congressional briefings, and written for several publications.   

More than an organizational powerhouse, Lizabeth is a strategic advisor. She helps leaders identify areas where they can increase efficiencies and calls on her vast range of experience to pass along insights in areas such as change and transition management, administrative systems analysis, program implementation, and project management.

Dori Zabari, Project Management and eLearning Specialist

Dori is an organized and proactive eLearning, project management, and client support professional with over 8 years of experience in program management and education. She is highly skilled at building and facilitating virtual learning environments and adapting eLearning products for clients’ needs. 

She has created her own and has supported others in building their eLearning offerings, including the entire process of market research, pilot/beta offerings, testing/iterating, sales (both premium and low-end price points), and setting up marketing systems for expanded reach. 

Her expertise lies in identifying training needs, creating content for course curriculum, writing training support materials, and creating interactive media. She is skilled at group facilitation/leadership, process/system development, and project coordination. 

Dori is passionate about education in all forms and thrives in environments where she can support her team in collaborative ways that tap into her expertise.

Melissa Slavsky, Digital Strategist

Melissa’s passion is using her compassion to develop marketing strategies, both traditional and digital, to move her clients far beyond their competitors.

With more nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising, specializing in consumer behavior and social listening, Melissa has used her talent to help clients grow their business.  Her expertise has impacted a wide range of industries, including professional sports and the top 100 internet retailers.  Her client list includes Bath & Body Works, GNC, Ralph Lauren, Kenneth Cole, 1800Flowers, Microsoft, Intel, Nike, the NFL, and Major League Baseball.

Melissa creates both short and long-term strategies through a combination of qualitative, quantitative, and ethnographic techniques.  She is an expert in cross-channel analytics, social listening, audience development, and digital media buying/optimization, with a focus on ROAS (return on ad spend).

Melissa has an innate ability to connect with her clients and asses their business needs.  She relates to their level of knowledge in marketing, advertising, and social media while surpassing key performance metrics.  These KPMs include PPC, SEM, audience targeting, retargeting, contextual targets, direct site buys, mobile advertising, CRM targeting, paid social, and video ad targeting.

Melissa has worked businesses of varying sizes within local, national, and international markets.  Business types include B2B, B2C, E-commerce, and SaaS.

When not behind the computer, Melissa enjoys volunteering at local farm sanctuaries, practicing yoga, exploring the vegan food scene in Portland, Oregon, and hanging out with her two tuxedo kitties.

Ashley Nicholes resides in Salt Lake City, UT, where she was born and raised. 

She is a professional executive virtual assistant who helps entrepreneurs gain more time in their genius zone through systems and processes. 

Ashley is a life long learner who excels at deciphering complicated problems and providing solutions, improving processes, and identifying best practices. She specializes in streamlining communication platform use and Human Resources document creation. 

In Ashley’s spare time, you can find her playing with her dogs, Bailey & Jack, cheering at collegiate gymnastics meets and reading new books.
